The swing bridge separates the Mar Grande and Mar Piccolo.
E 'normally closed but opens to allow passage of ships and on the feast of our patron saint San Cataldo . During the opening of the bridge, Taranto is virtually divided into two and the operation of opening and closing takes about twenty minutes.
